I’m Max—software engineer turned designer and serial founder, obsessed with building great software and SaaS products. From design to code to scaling.

I partner with founders to brainstorm, design, and build exceptional products and teams. I believe in calm companies, beautiful UX, and building things people actually love.

For 15+ years, I’ve founded companies and consulted with countless startups, helping bring ideas to life through product strategy and design.

I started Ideaware 14 years ago as a design agency—it’s now a thriving nearshore staffing company helping startups scale with top developers and designers from Latin America.

On the personal side, I’ve been happily married for 13 years and father of 3 amazing boys.

A brief history of how I got here:

• 2006 – Full time dev job, learned UX Design
• 2006-2010 – CTO and UX/UI designer jobs
• 2010 – Founded Ideaware
• 2010-2018 – Scaling Ideaware, consulting
• 2015-2017 - Founded and sold taskware (SaaS)
• 2022 - Started wikit (SaaS) - now defunct
