What does “built-in product partner” mean? It means I function like the in-house product lead a founder would hire, except I’m external, one person, and don’t manage anyone. I own the product thinking. You and your team own the execution.

Is Andrés Max the right AI advisor for my startup? If you’re building a real product and trying to figure out where AI actually creates value versus where it’s hype, yes. If you need ML engineering, enterprise AI strategy consulting, or model training, no.
